Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Limited Edition Halloween Costumes
1. Definitions
1.1 “Seller” refers to Splendid Communications, a company registered 05424113 with its registered office at Third Floor, Block 1, The Old Dairy, Stapleton House, 110-122 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4HT.
1.2 “Buyer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing the limited edition Halloween costumes from the Seller.
1.3 “Products” refers to the limited edition Walkers Halloween costumes offered for sale by the Seller.
2. Products
2.1 The Products available for purchase are inflatable Halloween costumes in the shape of Monster Munch and Wotsits Walkers snacks.
2.2 The Products are made with polyester and are fitted with a battery-operated fan. To clean, Buyers should wipe clean with a damp cloth only, do not machine wash. 8x AA batteries are required (not included).
2.3 Do not wear the costumes around naked flames.
2.3 The Products are one-size-fits-all. Onesie is not included.
3. Orders
3.1 By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3.2 The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline orders at their sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 The prices for the Products are as listed on the Seller’s website or as provided in a written quotation.
4.2 Payment for the Products shall be made in the manner specified on the Seller’s website or invoice.
5. Delivery
5.1 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary, and the Seller shall not be liable for any delays.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 The Seller accepts returns of unused and undamaged Products within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
6.3 The Buyer is responsible for paying return postage.
7. Limited Edition Products
7.1 The limited edition Halloween costumes are subject to availability. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of specific costumes.
7.2 Purchase of the costumes are limited to one per order due to limited availability.
7.3 The release of the costumes for sale will be staggered to minimise the likelihood of the costumes selling out immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Buyer acknowledges that Walkers Snack Foods Limited retains all intellectual property rights in the design and branding of the Halloween costumes.
9. Liability
9.1 The Seller’s liability for any claims arising out of the sale of the Products shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the Buyer.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
